Senior Manager – Loyalty Systems & Transformation

We’re hiring a Senior Manager of Loyalty Systems & Enablement for a leading International Airline currently executing a massive "2030" growth strategy.

This is a strategic position sitting between Commercial visionaries and Tech delivery teams. You won't be executing builds; you'll be the Product Architect designing the engine that powers a global loyalty ecosystem.

• Define the tech strategy for the loyalty platform (Amadeus/Comarch) to support massive expansion
• Translate commercial goals across Fintech, Retail, and Insurance partners into technical logic and system requirements
• Drive a high-performing team of PMs and delivery specialists to move at pace
• Act as the expert on under the hood logic—ensuring earn/burn, APIs, and partner integrations are seamless
• Bridge the gap between core engineering teams and executive leadership

• 10+ years’ experience in high-scale loyalty (Aviation, Fintech, Retail, or Hospitality).
• Deep understanding of system architecture and APIs (you don't code, but you speak the language).
• Proven track record leading major platform migrations or digital shifts.
• A Product Owner mindset with the ability to create momentum in complex environments.
