IT Administrator - UAE Local

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Administrator to join a growing organization in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the company’s IT infrastructure, maintaining systems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day technology operations. • Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical problems in a timely manner.
• Manage user accounts, access rights, and security settings across company systems.
• Perform regular system updates, backups, and maintenance to ensure data security.
• Support the setup and maintenance of network infrastructure, including LAN, Wi‑Fi, and connectivity.
• Assist in implementing IT policies, cybersecurity measures, and data protection practices.
• Coordinate with external vendors or service providers when required.
• Maintain documentation of IT assets, systems, and technical procedures.
• Provide guidance to staff on the proper use of IT systems and tools.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in IT support or system administration is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking fundamentals, and IT troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with hardware installation, system configuration, and IT security practices.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Must be a UAE‑Local eligible to work in Abu Dhabi.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced work environment.
