• Understand the business processes, gather and analyze data requirements, and design effective SAP Analytics solutions
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document analytics requirements.
• Conduct thorough analysis of business processes to identify key data points and metrics.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications for SAP Analytics solutions
• Design and configure SAP Analytics solutions based on business requirements.
• Develop data models, dashboards, and reports to address specific business challenges.
• Ensure alignment with best practices and standards for SAP Analytics
• Lead the implementation of SAP Analytics solutions, ensuring successful deployment.
• Collaborate with technical teams for the integration of SAP Analytics tools with other systems.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to analytics. This includes attending training sessions and conferences, as well as participating in professional development opportunities.

• Solid understanding of SAP Analytics tools such as SAP BW, SAP Business Objects, SAP Analytics Cloud
• Proficient in SAP Analytics solution design, configuration, and implementation.
• Strong data modeling skills with the ability to create and optimize data models.
• Hands‑on experience with data visualization tools and dashboard development.
• Knowledge of data integration and ETL processes.
• Expertise in conducting thorough requirement analysis and documentation.
• Understanding of key business processes and the ability to align analytics solutions with business objectives.
• Experience in user training and support for SAP Analytics tools.
• Demonstrated capability to troubleshoot and optimize SAP Analytics solutions

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in information science, engineering or other technical/ scientific disciplines
• Certification in SAP Analytics or related areas is preferred

• Ability to perform development in BW4
  
  HANA and modelling
• Ability to develop dashboards using SAP Analytics cloud and Microsoft PowerBI
• Good understanding of functions across different business units
• Good understanding of the integration points across SAP modules specifically the integration points across MM-IM-QM-PM-PP-FICO
• Understanding of availability requirements and ability to manage SAP master data setup, API integration with BW4
