A leading service provider is seeking a Service Desk Analyst in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of Service Desk experience in an enterprise environment, strong skills in Service Now and a solid understanding of ITIL v4 principles. A Bachelor’s degree is required, and experience in a regulated financial services environment is preferred.
