Space
42’s Accelerator Graduate Program is now accepting applications for its second cohort. Spanning 12 months, the program is carefully curated to develop and build the UAE’s future Space leaders. As a part of this program, you’ll get the opportunity to equip yourself with critical, in‑demand behavioural & technical skillsets and knowledge to build a structured career path in an increasingly AI‑driven world.

As a participant on the Accelerator Graduate Program, you’ll work with some of the most accomplished thinkers and doers in the AI landscape and gain hands‑on experience in solving complex challenges faced by global players in the fast‑paced space‑tech sector.

• Assist in various operational tasks across departments, ensuring seamless day‑to‑day business activities and contributing to the achievement of organizational goals.
• Work alongside experienced team members to contribute to live projects, gaining hands‑on experience in real‑time business environments.
• Actively participate in workshops, meetings, and training sessions to enhance your skill set, stay updated with industry trends, and receive mentorship from senior leaders.
• Gain exposure to different departments in order to foster a holistic understanding of how the company operates.
• Assist with research, data analysis, and report preparation to support management decision‑making processes, with the opportunity to present findings to senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with managers and leaders across the organization, providing support in key projects and initiatives while developing your leadership potential.
• Contribute to identifying areas for process optimisation and efficiency improvements, providing suggestions for innovation and growth within your team or department.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and health & safety standards in all tasks.
• Demonstrate a proactive attitude toward learning, actively seeking out new opportunities to enhance skills, gain knowledge, and make meaningful contributions to the company’s growth.
• Actively work toward and meet the performance goals set at the beginning of the program, ensuring continuous progress and personal development.

• Be a recent graduate with at least a bachelor’s degree from either of the below disciplines:
  • Computer Engineering
  • Information technology
  • Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning
  • Computer Science
  • Aerospace Engineering
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Robotics & Autonomous Systems
  • Data Science & Analytics
  • Other relevant discipline
• CGPA criteria: 3.3 and above
• Graduates from leading universities with 0–1 years of professional work experience
• Good communication skills
• IELTS score: 6+
