A leading IT service provider in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Service Desk Analyst with 3 to 5 years of experience in an enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of ITIL v4 principles and experience with the Service Now ITSM platform. Responsibilities include managing incidents in an SLA-driven environment and utilizing a strong troubleshooting methodology. Exposure to financial services or trading is preferred.
