Job Title
SAP Ariba Architect
LocationSohar, Oman
Job OverviewThe SAP Ariba Architect will be responsible for understanding business requirements, architect/design and implementing the solution in SAP Ariba. This role requires hands‑on experience with SAP Ariba modules mainly in Commerce Automation & Buying with SAP MM and FI integration.
Responsibilities- Project Leadership:
Architect, review, and lead end‑to‑end SAP Ariba projects. - Stakeholder
Collaboration:
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into effective SAP Ariba solutions. - Design and Implement Solutions:
Architect and develop SAP Ariba solutions to optimize procurement processes, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices. - Integration:
Configure SAP Ariba to integrate with SAP Material Management (MM), SAP FI, and other ERP systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process integration. - Customer Requirements:
Define customer requirements, objectives, and business goals to implement tailored SAP Ariba solutions. - Master Data Integration:
Optimize master data integration between backend SAP system and Ariba. - Training and Support:
Provide training and support to end‑users, ensuring proficiency in SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing modules. - Documentation:
Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including Business Requirement Workbooks (BRW), training manuals, integration trackers, and SOP.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in SAP Ariba module implementations and integrations.
- Proven experience in at least two end‑to‑end SAP Ariba implementation projects in E‑commerce automation and buying.
- Hands‑on expertise in SAP Ariba Strategic Sourcing Suite, Buying & E‑commerce Automation and managing enhancements required to meet business needs.
- Solid functional knowledge of Supply Chain, Materials Management and fair understanding of Finance process.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, commerce automation, and Ariba Network.
- SAP Ariba Certification is highly preferred.
