The team is seeking a Senior UX Designer to shape end‑to‑end user experiences for complex, high‑impact platforms that serve a broad and diverse user ecosystem.
Responsibilities:- Lead UX design for one or more complex digital products, driving the process from discovery to validation.
- Conduct user research and product discovery to understand workflows, needs, and constraints.
- Translate ambiguous problem spaces into clear journeys, flows, interaction models, and experience concepts.
- Create wireframes and prototypes to define system behavior and test experience ideas early.
- Map end‑to‑end user journeys across complex operational or service‑based processes.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including product, engineering, and research—to ensure UX intent is delivered accurately.
- 5+ years of UX or product design experience in complex or system‑heavy environments.
- Strong foundation in UX methods: journeys, flows, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Experience conducting discovery and research, converting insights into actionable design decisions.
- Ability to simplify complex processes into intuitive, usable experiences.
- Proficiency with modern design tools for wire framing and prototyping.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and facilitation skills, with comfort working in ambiguity.
