Principal Functional Consultant-D365 Retail and Supply chain; Contractual

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Retail & Supply Chain Consultant with a strong background in implementing and customizing D365 solutions. Must possess in-depth knowledge of finance processes to effectively address client needs and optimize system functionalities. This is a contractor role for a duration of 6 months with the possibility of extending for an additional two months.

• Gather and document functional requirements from clients.
• Configure and implement Retail and Supply Chain in Dynamics 365 to align with business needs.
• Conduct Fit-Gap analysis and recommend solutions.
• Lead end-to-end ERP implementations, ensuring seamless project execution.
• Perform quality assurance and testing to validate system functionality.
• Deliver post-go-live support and training to users.
• Provide project scoping, estimation, and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
• Travel to client sites as needed for project delivery.

• Hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 SCM modules.
• Ability to map and configure business requirements into D365.
• Minimum three full-cycle ERP implementations.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Sure Step methodology.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications are a plus.
• Education:
  
  ACCA, CA, MBA, Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in Dynamics 365 Retail & SCM implementation.
