Operates across networking, systemsadministration, and cloud operations to manage and supporttheorganization’sinfrastructure.

• Manages and supports the organization’s IT infrastructure.
• Acts as the sole internal IT resource, coordinating with third-party IT vendors and suppliers.
• Ensures performance, security, and reliability across all systems.
• Provides timely solutions for incidents and maintains strong vendor communication, including IT leasing and coordination.
• Makes informed technical decisions in complex environments.

• Maintains strong vendor communication, including IT leasing and service coordination.
• Manages and supports all aspects of Layer 1 (physical infrastructure), including but not limited to structured cabling, hardware installation, patching, power management, and ensuring reliable and secure connectivity; collaborates proactively with cross-functional teams to uphold industry standards and drive continuous improvement in physical network infrastructure.
• Administers and optimizes Layer 2 and Layer 3 environments, including but not limited to network switching, VLAN configuration, IP routing, and address management; provides expert oversight of server infrastructure, network architecture, disaster recovery planning, and backup solutions; responsible for configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and comprehensive maintenance to ensure seamless, secure, and resilient IT and network operations in alignment with organizational objectives and industry best practices.

Must-Have:

• 3–5 years experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or network support (enterprise/multi-site preferred).
• Strong skills in:
  • Windows Server (Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy)
  • End-user device troubleshooting
  • Physical hardware (servers, racks, network devices)
  • Backup & disaster recovery
  • Remote server management
  • NAS/SAN storage
  • Telephony & unified communications
  • Virtual desktop / remote access
  • Network management (L1–L3), switches & routers
  • OS updates & patching
• Excellent communication skills; bilingual (Arabic & English).

Preferred:

• Knowledge of ISO standards (27001, 20000) and compliance frameworks (NIST, CIS, GDPR).
• Linux administration and scripting (Power Shell, Bash, Python).
• Cloud experience (Azure, AWS, hybrid) and hybrid integration.
• Advanced troubleshooting (Windows/Linux).
• Firewall administration, ticketing systems, project/change management.
• Relevant certifications: CCNA/CCNP, Azure Administrator, VMware VCP, AWS Solutions Architect.
• Familiarity with backup tools (Veeam, Commvault), storage systems (Net App, Dell EMC), and monitoring tools (Splunk, Zabbix).
