Overview

As a Lead Dev Sec Ops  Engineer at Inception, you will be responsible for integrating security practices into the Dev Ops lifecycle to ensure our AI products are secure, reliable, and compliant. Your role is crucial in bridging the gap between development, security, and operations, fostering a culture of security-first mindset while maintaining high efficiency and automation. You will collaborate with various teams to implement security measures, automate processes, and ensure the seamless deployment of AI solutions.

You are expert in development lifecycle with focus on safe secure release of product codes and lead the team, project, product to excellence. You are constant self-learner with Ai agentic automation skilled to constantly contribute for efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a product, project, people practicing industry best practices in Gen Ai product build.
  • Integrate security practices into the Dev Ops lifecycle, ensuring that security is a core component of the development, deployment, and operational processes.
  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines that incorporate automated security testing and compliance checks.
  • Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to identify and address security vulnerabilities and risks.
  • Implement and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) to ensure consistent and secure infrastructure deployment.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools to streamline security processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze system performance, security events, and logs to detect and respond to security incidents promptly.
  • Conduct regular security assessments, audits, and penetration testing to ensure the integrity and security of AI solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest security threats, vulnerabilities, and best practices, incorporating them into the Dev Sec Ops  processes.
  • Provide guidance and training to development and operations teams on security best practices and tools.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements, implementing necessary controls and documentation.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and security-first mindset within the engineering and operations teams.
  • Ensure the alignment of Dev Sec Ops  goals with the company's strategic objectives, driving the secure and efficient delivery of AI products.
Qualifications
  • Programming and Scripting

    Languages:

    Proficiency in Python, Bash, Power Shell, or Ruby for automation and scripting.
  • CI/CD Tools:

    Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment tools such as Git Hub, Jenkins, Git Lab CI/CD, Circle

    CI, or Travis CI.
  • Configuration Management:
    Knowledge of configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
  • Containerization and Orchestration:
    Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes for managing containerized applications.
  • Cloud Platforms:
    Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Security Tools:
    Experience with security tools and practices including vulnerability scanners (e.g., Nessus, Qualys), SIEM systems, and compliance frameworks.
  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC):
    Proficiency in IaC tools like Terraform/Bicep or AWS Cloud Formation.
  • Monitoring and Logging:
    Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), or Splunk.
  • Version Control:
    Proficiency in Git and platforms like Git Hub or Git Lab for version control and collaboration.
  • Networking:
    Understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and security measures.
