Presight is seeking a Senior Project Manager to serve as the strategic point of accountability across the full client relationship — from initial engagement scoping and value definition through delivery, adoption, and long‑term impact. This is a senior leadership role that goes well beyond managing timelines and budgets: you will shape how engagements are structured, advise C‑suite and executive stakeholders, lead multidisciplinary teams, and ensure every initiative delivers measurable business outcomes.

You will be Presight’s most senior client‑facing representative on your engagements, combining delivery excellence with commercial acumen and the ability to turn ambiguous challenges into clear, high‑impact roadmaps.

This role serves as the primary strategic liaison between Presight and its clients — owning the relationship at the executive level, driving commercial growth within accounts, and ensuring that every engagement delivers value that goes beyond the original scope. You will also act as a senior voice internally, mentoring delivery teams and elevating standards across the practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shape Presight’s growth by serving as the senior point of accountability for complex, multi‑workstream client engagements — from initial scoping and value definition through delivery, adoption, and long‑term impact measurement. You will lead cross‑functional teams, advise senior client leadership, and drive outcomes that define Presight’s reputation.
• Own the full engagement lifecycle — from shaping scope and mobilising teams to delivery, adoption, and post‑implementation value realisation, with full accountability for client outcomes and commercial results.
• Serve as the senior strategic point of contact for executive sponsors and C‑suite stakeholders, building trusted advisor relationships that extend well beyond the immediate project scope.
• Lead discovery workshops and structured problem‑solving sessions to define client needs, articulate AI use cases, and translate ambiguous challenges into clear, prioritised delivery roadmaps.
• Take ownership of engagement P&L, proactively managing budget, resource allocation, burn rates, and identifying opportunities to grow account value through expanded scope and follow‑on work.
• Orchestrate cross‑functional delivery teams (Business Analysts, Engineering, Data Science, QA, Dev Ops) ensuring seamless collaboration, clear ownership, and consistent delivery velocity across all work streams.
• Drive alignment across business and technology stakeholders at all levels — navigating competing priorities and organisational dynamics with diplomacy, conviction, and a clear focus on outcomes.
• Proactively identify, quantify, and mitigate delivery risks before they materialise — escalating early with clearly framed options and recommended paths forward.
• Shape and present executive‑level narratives, business cases, and steering committee communications tailored to C‑suite and General Manager audiences — including regular executive briefings and milestone reviews.
• Drive Presight product adoption by leading the full implementation journey — from onboarding and configuration through change management, user enablement, and sustained value realisation post go‑live.
