Senior SAP QM AM Consultant project

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Quality Management (QM) Consultant with deep expertise in Audit Management
, and a strong understanding of SAP MES integration within the SAP S/4

HANA landscape. This role is ideal for a professional with 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP QM, including significant exposure to the A&D industry.

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP QM processes, with a specific focus on Audit Management and MES integration.
• Understand and map A&D-specific quality and compliance requirements into SAP S/4
  
  HANA.
• Implement and support end-to-end QM processes such as audit planning, execution, CAPA, inspection lots, notifications, and non-conformance management.
• Integrate SAP QM with SAP MES (Manufacturing Execution System) for real-time quality control and shop floor visibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PP, MM, SD, EHS, PM) and external vendors to ensure cohesive solutions.
• Manage key project lifecycle activities: requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), cutover, and post-go-live support.
• Ensure documentation standards are met: functional specs, test scripts, training guides, and SOPs.

• 8+ years of SAP QM experience, including at least 2+ years in Audit Management within an SAP S/4
  
  HANA environment.
• Industry exposure to Aerospace and Defense, with understanding of regulatory and compliance needs (e.g., AS9100, NADCAP).
• Strong experience with SAP QM and SAP MES integration, including in-process inspection, NC handling, and production quality feedback.
• Ability to integrate QM with modules such as PP, MM, EHS, and PLM.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

• SAP S/4
  
  HANA certification in Quality Management.
• Familiarity with Fiori apps
  , SAP ME/MII
  .
• Understanding of defense export controls, quality assurance protocols, or military quality standards.
• Experience with tools like Solution Manager
