Job Purpose
Lead the end-to-end user experience (UX) design process for digital products, ensuring user interactions are intuitive, seamless, and aligned with business objectives. The role is responsible for driving user research, wire framing, prototyping, and usability testing while collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and UI designers to deliver engaging, user-centered digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the UX design lifecycle from research and concept development to validation and implementation.
- Conduct and oversee user research activities including interviews, surveys, journey mapping, and usability studies.
- Translate business requirements and user insights into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction designs.
- Ensure consistency in user experience across digital platforms and products.
- Plan and execute usability testing, analyze results, and incorporate findings into design improvements.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and UI designers to ensure design feasibility and alignment with product strategy.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices across project teams.
- Present research findings, design concepts, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
- Support Agile delivery environments by participating in sprint planning, reviews, and iterative design cycles.
- Continuously improve UX standards, processes, and design frameworks.
- 6–8 years of experience in User Experience (UX) design.
- Proven track record in conducting user research, designing for web and mobile platforms, and leading usability testing initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong expertise in design and collaboration tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Miro.
- Solid understanding of user research methodologies and data synthesis to inform design decisions.
- Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles and UX best practices.
- Hands-on experience with wire framing, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate research insights and design concepts effectively.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and working within cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities with a passion for solving complex design challenges.
- Ability to balance user needs, technical constraints, and business goals.
