Job Title: Senior Specialist – Design System Management

Job Location: Dubai

Support the development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of the organization’s design system. Work closely with UX/UI designers and developers to ensure that components, patterns, and guidelines are consistently applied across digital products, helping to maintain design coherence, efficiency, and quality.

• Design System Support:
  Assist in maintaining and updating the design system, ensuring all components, patterns, and guidelines are correctly documented and applied.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with designers and developers to ensure components and patterns are understood and implemented consistently.
• Documentation Maintenance:
  Help maintain up-to-date documentation for the design system, ensuring clarity and ease of use for internal teams.
• Quality Assurance:
  Help ensure that all design elements align with brand guidelines and are consistently applied across products.
• Training & Support:
  Provide support and assistance in onboarding teams to the design system, helping to answer questions and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Feedback Gathering:
  Assist in gathering feedback from users and stakeholders to inform updates and improvements to the design system.

• At least 5 years of experience in UX/UI design or front-end development, with exposure to working with design systems and component libraries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Frontify, and Token Studio.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and exposure to component-based systems such as React or Angular.
• Basic knowledge of design systems, component libraries, and design principles.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with designers and developers.
• Willingness to learn and grow in the field of design systems.
• Multilingual knowledge, with a preference for proficiency in Arabic.
