Business Analyst

The Business Analyst will operate as a core member of the PMO, supporting the delivery of Masarra’s enterprise transformation initiatives, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP, CRM, B2C e-commerce platforms, and operational process optimisation.

This role is delivery-focused and governance-driven, responsible for end-to-end requirements management from discovery through functional design, change control, UAT, and deployment. The Business Analyst will ensure traceability, quality, and auditability throughout the project lifecycle, partnering closely with Project Managers, IT teams, business stakeholders, and external implementation vendors.

PMO & Delivery Alignment

• Operate within a PMO-led delivery framework, working closely with Project Managers to support planning, scope definition, dependency tracking, and governance.
• Ensure requirements are baselined, approved, and managed in accordance with PMO change control processes.
• Provide visibility into requirement progress, risks, and impacts for PMO reporting and governance forums.
• Lead requirements elicitation for enterprise initiatives, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP (Supply Chain, Vendor Management), CRM, and B2C e-commerce platforms.
• Produce high-quality BRDs, FRDs, functional specifications, process maps, and use cases suitable for formal sign-off.
• Translate complex operational workflows such as supplier onboarding, approvals, and compliance processes into structured system requirements.

• Facilitate workshops, walkthroughs, and solution design sessions with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors.
• Act as the bridge between business and technical delivery teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
• Support vendor engagement by reviewing proposed solutions, identifying functional gaps, and contributing to customization or workaround decisions.
• Stakeholder & Vendor Management
• Maintain end-to-end requirements traceability across design, build, testing, and deployment phases.
• Define UAT scope, scenarios, and acceptance criteria aligned with approved requirements.
• Support UAT execution, defect management, and sign-off processes to ensure solutions meet business and compliance expectations.
• Governance, Compliance & Continuous Improvement
• Ensure documentation aligns with Masarra governance, compliance, and audit standards.
• Support enhancement of BA templates, artefacts, and delivery frameworks within the PMO.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve delivery efficiency across transformation initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst within enterprise delivery or PMO-led environments
• Strong experience working within ERP or large-scale system implementations
• Strong experience producing high-quality BRDs, FRDs, and formal documentation suitable for sign-off
• The ability to translate complex business processes into structured functional requirements
• A solid understanding of delivery governance, requirements traceability, and change control frameworks
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior leadership
• Exceptional facilitation, documentation, and communication capabilities
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• The ability to work in a fast‑paced, transformation‑driven environment

• Business Analysis certifications (CBAP, PMI‑PBA, or equivalent)
• Certifications related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 or enterprise transformation programs
• Experience in destination management, tourism, travel tech, or enterprise operations
• Experience with supplier onboarding, procurement workflows, or compliance‑heavy environments
• Exposure to CRM and B2C e‑commerce platforms
• Experience supporting UAT within complex, multi‑stakeholder projects
• Familiarity with agile, waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
