The Role
As the Digital Marketing Manager for Miral Destinations, you will spearhead the promotion of Yas Island Theme Parks and Attractions. In this pivotal role, you will lead digital initiatives that enhance user experience across various platforms. Your expertise in UX/UI, SEO, CRM, content management, and data analytics will be crucial in crafting world-class holiday experiences. You will collaborate closely with diverse teams to ensure the successful execution of digital projects aimed at maximizing visitor engagement and satisfaction.

- Lead the development of digital and e-commerce strategies, contributing to comprehensive documents.
- Coordinate with teams and stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes on strategic initiatives.
- Support the delivery of digital projects by liaising with internal teams and external agencies to enhance user experience.
- Manage website content and conversion optimization projects, using data to identify improvement areas.
- Extract and analyze data, providing insights to enhance understanding of digital channel visitors.
- Produce and maintain accurate reporting tools, suggesting enhancements as needed.
- Assess technology gaps and provide insights on technology needs impacting digital channels.
- Benchmark technology trends and report findings to management.
- Actively engage in UX and UI projects, understanding audience needs and expectations.
- Participate in internal and external testing of digital releases, reporting outcomes to stakeholders.
- Challenge and enhance provided content, ensuring its relevance and engagement.
- Direct content updates within specified timelines, offering clear guidance for web page content.
- Execute digital marketing and CRM campaigns as instructed, ensuring quality in execution and identifying gaps.
- Manage SEO/SEM configurations to optimize online presence and execution quality.
Essential
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the travel or entertainment sector.
- Strong understanding of SEO, CRM, and data analytics.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience with UI/UX design principles.
