Role Overview

The Salesforce Business User / Admin will manage, enhance, and support Salesforce functions across marketing and business teams. Youll ensure system efficiency, maintain data integrity, create insightful dashboards, and train new users to confidently navigate Salesforce in both English and Arabic.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Salesforce users, profiles, roles, permissions, and data.
• Customize and maintain objects, fields, workflows, and reports.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute and analyze campaigns.
• Implement process automation and improve CRM workflows.
• Conduct bilingual (English & Arabic) Salesforce training sessions for new users.
• Support business stakeholders by translating operational needs into system solutions.
• Ensure compliance, accuracy, and best practices in Salesforce usage.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Business User (Sales Cloud / Marketing Cloud preferred).
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic verbal and written.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM and marketing automation.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
• Based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate.
• Immediate joiner availability highly preferred.
