We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Lead with 12+ years of experience in Oracle HCM implementations and support engagements. This is a full‑time onsite role based in Abu Dhabi. The role is structured as 70% hands‑on functional delivery and 30% team leadership and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong client‑facing capability, solution ownership, and governance oversight across Oracle HCM modules.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Lead end‑to‑end Oracle HCM implementations, rollouts, and post‑go‑live support initiatives.
- Provide functional leadership across Core HCM, Payroll, Absence, Talent Management, OTL, LMS, and Recruitment.
- Facilitate business workshops, requirement gathering, solution design, and configuration between Implementation Team and HC Business Teams.
- Perform hands‑on system configuration and functional testing.
- Manage payroll configurations, absence plans, time & labor structures, talent modules, and recruitment workflows.
- Oversee SIT, UAT, defect management, and production deployment support.
- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, HDL/FBDI loads, reporting (OTBI/BIP), and security roles.
- Help Project manager to prepare executive‑level status reports and lead governance meetings.
- Drive delivery timelines, risk mitigation, and quality assurance.
- Mentor and support capability development within the team.
- Leadership and Client Engagement:
- Act as primary functional lead and liaison with HC Business Teams.
- Manage HC SME’s from Support Team.
- Ensure governance adherence, milestone tracking, and quality delivery.
- Align business requirements with Oracle best practices.
- Provide technical guidance during solution design discussions.
- 12+ years of overall experience in Oracle HCM functional consulting (Oracle Certified)
- Minimum 3–5 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.
- Strong hands‑on configuration expertise across listed modules.
- Experience in multi‑country implementations (Middle East experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of integrations, reporting, and Oracle security model.
- Excellent stakeholder management and client communication skills.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and presentation capabilities.
