Oracle Fusion Implementation Project Manager (Urgent)

Urgent requirement for Oracle Fusion Implementation Project Manager is required for our banking client in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

• Minimum 5 Years of Hands-on Oracle Fusion ERP Implementation Experience
• End-to-end lifecycle (Design → Build → Test → Go-Live → Hypercare)
• Cloud ERP implementation exposure
• Strong Functional Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Modules
• Financials
• Procurement
• HCM (as applicable)
• Ability to coordinate functional and technical teams
• Enterprise-Scale ERP / Cloud Transformation Project Management
• Managing large teams and multiple work streams
• Risk, scope, and budget management
• Vendor and SI coordination
• Project Governance & CXO-Level Stakeholder Management
• Independently driving Steering Committee meetings
• Executive reporting and status dashboards
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Onsite Commitment & Immediate Availability
• Must be available to work onsite in Abu Dhabi
• Immediate joiner required

• 8–10+ years of overall IT / Project Management experience
• Experience handling enterprise ERP transformation programs
• Strong risk management and issue resolution skills
• Relevant certifications such as PMP / PRINCE2 preferred
• Oracle Cloud certifications are an added advantage

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation
• Define project plan, milestones, and governance structure
• Manage stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams
• Conduct steering committee and executive review meetings
• Monitor risks, issues, and budget adherence
  
  Ensure successful Go-Live and transition to support
