QA Manager - Airline Domain

We are seeking an experienced

QA Manager with strong expertise in airline systems and large-scale digital transformation programs. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end quality assurance delivery across multiple platforms, ensuring high-quality releases for mission-critical airline applications.

NOTE :
Strong preference for candidates with fluency in Arabic and English to support regional stakeholders.

• Lead QA delivery formid to large digital transformation programs
• Manage the full testing lifecycle includingtest planning, execution, reporting, and defect management
• Oversee and mentor QA teams across
  
  Web, Mobile, Middleware, and Interface testing
• Collaborate closely with business, engineering, and Agile release teams
• Drive Functional, Non-Functional, and UAT testingacross projects
• Ensure adherence to QA processes, standards, and best practices
• Manage stakeholder communication and provide clear status reporting
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and ensure timely delivery of quality releases

• Experience in large enterprise or aviation technology environments
• Exposure to automation frameworks or performance testing tools
• ISTQB Certification (optional but beneficial)

• Strong experience with coreairline systems including:
• PSS, Reservations, Ticketing, DCS, Check-in, GDS/Amadeus
• Proven experience managing QA formid/large digital transformation initiatives
• Hands-on expertise inWeb, Mobile, Middleware, and Interface testing
• Experience working with Agile methodologies
• Proficiency with
  
  ALM toolssuch as Azure Dev Ops and Jira
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability tomentor teamsand manage distributed testing environments
