RESPONSIBLE AI LEAD (GOVERNANCE, RISK, ETHICS & COMPLIANCE)

Establish and operationalize a Responsible AI framework ensuring ethical, compliant, transparent, and trustworthy AI deployment across the group and its portfolio companies.

• Define and maintain Responsible AI policies, standards, and guidelines
• Operationalize AI governance covering:
  • Data privacy
  • Bias and fairness
  • Explainability and transparency
  • Human-in-the-loop controls
• Ensure alignment with regulatory, legal, and ethical requirements
• Conduct regular AI risk assessments, audits, and impact reviews
• Partner with legal, compliance, IT security, and data teams
• Advise AI and product teams on ethical design and deployment
• Develop and deliver Responsible AI training programs
• Track global regulatory trends and emerging standards
• Act as internal advocate for transparency and accountability
• Communicate Responsible AI principles to executives, regulators, and partners

• 8–12+ years in governance, data ethics, risk, or technology policy
• AI/ML concepts
• Data privacy frameworks
• Model risk management
• Experience operating in regulated or high-reputation-risk environments
• Ability to influence without authority
• Excellent communication and policy-writing skills

• Legal, compliance, or risk background combined with AI exposure
• Experience in financial services, government, or Big Tech
• Familiarity with global AI governance frameworks
