360 Event Experiences, part of ADNEC Group, is seeking a Telecom Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of telecom and IT infrastructure across major exhibitions, venues, and live events.
This role plays a key part in enabling world‑class event experiences by ensuring robust, secure, and scalable technology solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver high‑impact projects aligned with business and operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities Business & Stakeholder Engagement- Act as the primary interface between business units, event teams, and technical stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into clear technical scopes and delivery plans.
- Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear, business‑focused manner.
- Collaborate with internal departments including Operations, Marketing, Cybersecurity, Facilities, and Event Management.
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of telecom and IT infrastructure projects across ADNEC venues.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful outcomes.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation and redundancy plans.
- Oversee UAT, commissioning, and handover for live events.
- Design and oversee network architectures including Wi-Fi 6/6E, fiber backbone, and structured cabling.
- Supervise installation and maintenance of networking, IPTV, CCTV, and related systems.
- Collaborate with technology partners (e.g., Cisco, Aruba, Etisalat, Pulses.ai).
- Ensure system reliability, scalability, and cybersecurity compliance.
- Lead on‑site telecom operations during events, ensuring high availability and rapid incident resolution.
- Manage helpdesk operations, escalation workflows, and SLA adherence.
- Maintain accurate asset registers and equipment lifecycle records.
- Support implementation of emerging technologies such as AI analytics, IoT, AR/VR, and smart venue solutions.
- Contribute to innovation initiatives that enhance visitor experience and operational efficiency.
- Ensure data security, compliance, and governance across all systems.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service performance.
- Review technical compliance and commercial performance post‑event.
- Prepare executive‑level reports and technical documentation.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in telecom, IT infrastructure, or project management.
- Experience supporting large‑scale venues, exhibitions, or major events is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of networking, Wi‑Fi 6/6E, VLANs, and fiber infrastructure.
- Proven project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership capabilities.
- PMP / ITIL certification is an advantage.
