Channel Sales Manager – IT Hardware & Infrastructure

SELECTED is working with a global IT hardware and infrastructure business that is expanding its channel footprint in the UAE. We are hiring a Channel Sales Manager to build, develop and scale its partner ecosystem across Abu Dhabi and the wider region.
This role is responsible for driving revenue growth through distributors, resellers, systems integrators and solution partners. The successful candidate will own partner acquisition, enablement and performance management, with full accountability for indirect sales results.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute the channel growth strategy for the UAE market
- Recruit, onboard and activate new reseller and distributor partners
- Build strong long-term relationships with existing channel partners
- Drive monthly sales targets through partner-led opportunities
- Deliver partner training on products, pricing, positioning and deal structure
- Create joint business plans and go-to-market strategies with key partners
- Monitor partner performance, pipeline health and forecast accuracy
- Collaborate closely with marketing, pre-sales and operations teams to maximise partner success
- Represent the business at partner events, industry forums and strategic meetings
- Proven experience in channel or partner sales within IT hardware, infrastructure or systems integration
- Strong understanding of indirect sales models and partner-driven revenue growth
- Established network of UAE-based resellers, distributors and integrators
- Demonstrated success building and scaling partner ecosystems
- Highly commercial, structured and results-focused
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
