UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities:
- Design user-centric UI/UX solutions for Fin Tech web and mobile applications.
- Create wireframes, user journeys, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Develop engaging graphics, dashboards, icons, infographics, and marketing visuals.
- Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and business stakeholders on‑site.
- Ensure designs align with usability, accessibility, and data‑security best practices.
- Maintain consistency across branding, design systems, and UI components.
- Conduct usability testing and continuously enhance user experience.
- Translate complex financial workflows into simple, intuitive interfaces.
Requirements:
- 3‑5 years of experience in UI/UX design and graphic design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX, dashboards, and graphic design work.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Solid understanding of UX principles, usability standards, and responsive design.
- Experience working with complex data‑driven or transactional applications.
- Ability to work independently in an on‑site client environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Prior experience in Fin Tech, Banking, Payments, or Financial Services.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks.
- Experience with design systems and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Familiarity with motion design or micro‑interactions.
