Summary:

We are looking for a Fraud Strategy & Modeling Senior Manager to support the build‑out of our anti‑fraud risk management framework. The role will focus on fraud rules, strategy design, and model development to safeguard our lending products in the UAE market, with a strong focus on credit lending scenarios.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain fraud detection rules and strategies across lending products.
• Work with data science teams to design, test, and deploy fraud scoring models.
• Analyze fraud cases and transaction data to identify new patterns and emerging threats.
• Support the integration of internal and external data sources into the fraud engine.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve approval accuracy and reduce fraud losses.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Risk verzichten Management or related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in fraud risk strategy, modeling, or analytics (credit lending/financial services preferred).
• Strong analytical skills with knowledge of SQL/Python and model evaluation metrics.
• Familiarity with fraud detection tools, case management, or decision engines.
• Problem‑solving mindset and ability to adapt strategies to a local UAE context.
