• Act as a subject-matter expert for E-Learning platforms, advising stakeholders on best practices, trends, and scalable models.
• Define the overall E-Learning vision, roadmap, and success metrics aligned with business objectives.
• Translate client or business requirements into clear platform, content, and operational strategies.
• Provide feasibility studies, cost estimations, and ROI assessments for E-Learning initiatives.
• Platform Design & Planning
  • Lead the end-to-end planning of E-Learning platforms, including:
    • Learning models and structures
    • Monetization and access models
    • Certification, assessment, and progress tracking frameworks
  • Define functional and non-functional requirements in collaboration with technical teams.
  • Advise on technology stack selection, integrations, hosting, scalability, and security considerations.
• Execution & Delivery Oversight
  • Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams during execution.
  • Oversee platform development phases to ensure alignment with:
    • Approved scope
    • Timelines
    • Quality standards
    • User experience expectations
  • Review deliverables, prototypes, and releases to ensure functional completeness and learning effectiveness.
  • Support testing, user acceptance, and launch readiness.
• Content & Learning Experience Advisory
  • Course creation and structuring
  • Learning journeys and pathways
  • Assessments, quizzes, and certifications
  • Advise on content governance, quality assurance, and scalability of learning materials.
  • Ensure the platform delivers a high-quality learner experience across devices and user segments.
• Adoption, Optimization & Growth
  • Guide clients on platform adoption strategies for learners, instructors, and partners.
  • Define KPIs and analytics frameworks to track:
    • Engagement
    • Completion rates
    • Retention
  • Continuously advise on platform optimization, feature enhancements, and growth opportunities.
  • Support sales and pre‑sales activities by:
    • Contributing to proposals and solution designs
    • Participating in client presentations and workshops
    • Helping position E-Learning solutions effectively
  • Advise on go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure platform capabilities align with market messaging and value propositions.

  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant engineering, IT, or business administration background
  • Background in Digital Learning, Digital Transformation, E-Learning Solutions, or EdTech solutions

  • Consulting or solution-selling experience in EdTech or SaaS environments
  • 3+ years of experience in E‑learning & relevant fields
