Role Description

We are looking for a capable IT Support professional to take ownership of our Helpdesk. Your primary goal is to shield our Senior IT Team from routine tasks by handling L1/L2 support and basic Microsoft 365 administration independently. We will train you on Microsoft Intune as you grow.

Key Responsibilities
  • M365 User Management:
    Create/Terminate user accounts (Joiners/Leavers), assign licenses, and manage group memberships in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
  • Identity & Security:
    Reset passwords and troubleshoot Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) issues in Entra .
  • Email Administration:
    Create Shared Mailboxes, manage Distribution Lists, and troubleshoot Outlook sync issues.
  • Desktop Support:
    Troubleshoot Windows 11, Printers, and Office applications for our staff (in-person & remote).
  • Asset Management:
    Maintain accurate inventory of laptops, mobiles, and peripherals.
Must-Haves
  • Location:

    Currently based in Abu Dhabi with valid UAE work eligibility.
  • Experience:

    1–3 years in IT Support / Service Desk.
  • Technical Skill:
    Proven experience using the Microsoft 365 Admin Center (we need someone who can manage the backend, not just use Outlook).
  • Personality:
    You must be eager to close tickets and help users. You are the "face" of IT.
Certifications
  • Required:

    Microsoft 365 Certified:
    Fundamentals (MS-900)
  • Big Plus:
    Cisco Certifications (CCST/CCNA) or Associate-level Microsoft Certifications.
