وصفالوظيفة Infrastructure Management
Coordinate and handle the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware (servers, PCs, POS devices, PABX) and software systems, including Office 365 solutions.
Guest Services SupportEnsure continuous and reliable delivery of high‑speed internet (HSIA), Wi‑Fi connectivity, and in‑room entertainment systems to maintain a world‑class guest experience.
Specialized Hotel SystemsSupport and maintain core hospitality applications such as Opera (PMS), Micros (POS), and Sun System (Accounting).
Cybersecurity & ComplianceImplement and monitor information security protocols, data‑protection policies, staff training programs, and disaster‑recovery plans to ensure compliance and operational resilience.
Cross‑Department CollaborationWork closely with departments including Front Office, Finance, Housekeeping, F&B, and Sales & Marketing to understand business needs, resolve system challenges, and optimize workflows.
Audio‑Visual SupportSupport hotel AV requirements, including meeting‑room setups, and collaborate with the AV Supervisor and Events Team to deliver seamless event experiences where guest satisfaction is central.
Asset & Inventory LifecycleMaintain software licenses, update inventory records of all IT assets, and provide quarterly status reports to the Head of Department.
Vendor ManagementServe as a secondary point of contact for external service providers, vendors, and hardware/software suppliers.
المؤهلات- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of IT experience, including 1–2 years in a supervisory or senior support role. Prior experience in luxury hospitality is strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN infrastructure, network security principles, analog telephony systems, and virtualization technologies (VMware / Hyper‑V).
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities, effective communication skills, and a strong commitment to delivering luxury‑standard service.
- Microsoft 365 Certified:
Endpoint Administrator Associate - CCNA (Networking) or CompTIA Network+
- Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP)
