About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced senior product manager to lead the end‑to‑end lifecycle of enterprise cybersecurity products. This role owns product strategy, development, launch and growth, working closely with engineering, business and go‑to‑market teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions aligned with market and regulatory needs.
This is a senior, hands‑on role requiring strong technical understanding, commercial awareness, and the ability to drive alignment across cross‑functional stakeholders. You will have full ownership of the product roadmap, go‑to‑market strategy and product‑level financial performance.
Key Responsibilities- Define and own product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Champion customer‑centric product development by embedding customer feedback throughout the lifecycle
- Establish structured processes for customer discovery, feedback, and validation (interviews, surveys, pilots, usability testing)
- Lead market validation and concept testing to ensure strong product–market fit
- Translate customer needs, cybersecurity trends, and regulatory requirements into actionable product features
- Partner closely with engineering and research teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions
- Lead cross‑functional initiatives across engineering, marketing, sales, and operations
- Develop product messaging, positioning, and launch plans for target customer segments
- Drive go‑to‑market strategy in collaboration with sales and marketing teams
- Support sales enablement through training, collateral, and customer engagement
- Own product financials including revenue, margins, cost management, and pricing strategy
- Forecast demand and monitor product performance using data‑driven insights
- Support identification and management of strategic partnerships
- Prepare high‑impact materials including customer presentations, pitch decks, and proposals
- Provide senior leadership with regular product updates, insights, and recommendations
- Represent the product at customer meetings, partner discussions, and industry events
- 8+ years’ experience in product management, including 3+ years in cybersecurity or enterprise software
- Proven track record of launching and scaling B2B products
- Strong experience using customer insights to shape product strategy and prioritisation
- Experience running pilots, MVPs, or concept validation initiatives
- Strong technical background (Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience)
- Experience with go‑to‑market planning, product marketing, and P&L ownership
- Familiarity with Agile delivery and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Git
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (MBA advantageous)
- Knowledge of cybersecurity domains such as zero trust, secure identity or cryptography
- Exposure to regulated industries or government clients
- Experience managing multiple products or modular platforms
- Comfortable operating in fast‑moving, ambiguous or growth‑focused environments
