Portfolio Management Office Analyst; PMO

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain weekly portfolio dashboards (RAG status, ageing, budget vs. progress) using Clarity PPM, MPL, and Demand Tracker
• Ensure stage-gate compliance, including Technical Go-Live and Closure validations
• Coordinate Change Requests (CRs), re-baselining, and approval workflows
• Support the end-to-end demand lifecycle, ensuring MPL/Demand hygiene and accurate artefacts (BCD, CRs, tranche activation, write-offs)
• Maintain audit readiness by collating evidence for GIA, PwC, and internal audits
• Act as the single source of truth for portfolio governance data
• Identify and remediate cost posting and data integrity issues
• Support weekly governance reviews, monthly KPI reporting, and ad-hoc executive requests

• Strong experience in portfolio reporting and analytics
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills
• Solid understanding of PMO governance, stage-gate processes, CRs, and re-baselining
• Hands‑on experience with Clarity PPM
• Working knowledge of Fusion Financials
• Experience supporting audit and compliance activities
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• High attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy
