Onsite Support Analyst (UAE National)
Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite technical support for clients, addressing hardware, software, and network issues.
- Act as the first point of contact for end-users, ensuring prompt and effective issue resolution.
- Install, configure, and maintain SAAL.AI’s software and systems at client sites.
- Escalate complex technical issues to internal teams and follow through to resolution.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues.
- Support system rollouts, upgrades, and maintenance activities at client locations.
- Maintain accurate logs of support requests, resolutions, and user interactions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and security protocols.
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance overall client experience.
