Essential Job Functions- Manage data architecture projects and teams, ensuring project objectives and timelines are met.
- Collaborate with data architects and analysts to implement data solutions, utilizing best practices.
- Participate in defining data requirements and contributing to the development of data strategies.
- Implement data governance and quality standards to maintain data accuracy.
- Support the development of data roadmaps, ensuring adherence to data standards.
- Assist in mentoring and guiding junior staff in data architecture best practices.
- Contribute to data security initiatives and data compliance efforts.
- Provide regular updates on project progress and issues to senior management.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Typically, 7+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
- Proven experience in data architecture and management.
- Proficiencies in data modeling, data warehousing, ETL processes, and database technologies.
- Continuous learner that stays abreast of industry knowledge and technology.
- Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus.
- Relevant certifications such as TOGAF, CDMP, or similar are a plus.
