Digital Experience Manager Overview

The Digital Experience Manager is responsible for driving the growth and performance of the company’s digital platforms by collaborating with digital agencies and internal teams. The role focuses on enhancing customer acquisition, retention, and overall user experience across digital channels through effective campaign execution, feature rollouts, and continuous optimization.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or any similar field.
  • 7+ years in digital marketing, with a focus on e-commerce, customer experience, or similar roles.
  • Proven experience collaborating with digital agencies and executing high-impact digital campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and web analytics.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and project management skills.
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities.
  • Team player with a proactive approach.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Key Accountabilities
  • Traffic Growth
    Drive weekly budgeted sessions in line with campaigns and promotions. Collaborate with the digital agency to execute campaigns and monitor real-time performance against set benchmarks.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization
    Enhance app and website experience through A/B testing, optimized checkouts, improved CTAs, and collaboration with the Product Manager to achieve targeted conversion rate across all platforms.
  • Return on Ad Spend
    Optimize paid campaigns in collaboration with the digital agency, targeting a minimum ROAS on paid campaigns to ensure effective ad spend and budget utilization.
  • Customer Acquisition
    Lead customer acquisition campaigns in collaboration with the retail marketing & digital agency, leveraging targeted strategies to onboard budgeted new customers via own platforms.
  • Retention Rate
    Implement retargeting, loyalty programs, and customer experience strategies to achieve targeted retention rate.
  • General Accountabilities
  • Campaign Execution
    Plan and execute digital campaigns to optimize user engagement and enhance the customer journey.
  • Collaboration and Coordination
    Work closely with the Product Manager, Marketing teams, and external digital agencies to ensure cohesive digital strategies.
  • Data‑Driven Decision Making
    Utilize web analytics tools to assess performance, track metrics, and recommend improvements based on data insights.
