• Creates and executes the project work plan with the team and closely monitors deliverables.
• Manages day-to-day operations of a project and resolves challenges to enable on-time delivery.
• Collaborates with stakeholders and ensures customer satisfaction.
• Ensures project documents are complete and stored appropriately.
• Monitors project progress and provides periodic updates to senior management.
• Produces reports on status, challenges, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Ensures projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Familiar with project performance monitoring principles and metrics.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Significant experience in Banking, especially corporate banking domain projects like Channels – Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, ATM switches, and digital capability enhancements.
• 10+ years of IT experience with a minimum of 5 years in Banking (Private Banking & Consumer Banking).
• Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies (Waterfall, Hybrid, or Agile). PMI certification or equivalent is an advantage.
• Techno-functional profile with the ability to engage cross-functional teams, problem solving, and negotiation skills.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Project (MPP), PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders at various levels (business heads, functional heads, and other senior managers).
