About the Role

ITHR Technologies Consulting LLC is seeking an experienced SAP Success Factors Consultant with deep expertise in Employee Central (EC), Employee Central Payroll (ECP), and Performance & Goals Management (PMGM) modules. The ideal candidate will lead implementations, provide functional expertise, and ensure optimal system performance aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Implementation & Configuration
• Lead or support SAP SF EC, ECP, and PMGM implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Configure workflows, business rules, data models, and templates.
• Integrate SAP SF modules with other SAP or third-party systems.
• Business Analysis
• Gather and validate requirements with business stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
• Testing & Deployment
• Prepare and execute test cases, conduct UAT, and manage defect resolution.
• Oversee data migration, go-live, and post-implementation support.
• Support & Optimization
• Provide application maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Recommend process improvements and best practices.
• Documentation & Training
• Prepare user and technical documentation.
• Deliver end-user training sessions.

Requirements

• Education:
  
  Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, HR, or related field.
• Experience:
• 5+ years of SAP Success Factors experience.
• Strong functional expertise in EC, ECP, and PMGM.
• Minimum 23 full-cycle SAP SF implementations.
• Skills:
• In-depth knowledge of HR processes and compliance.
• Strong integration knowledge between EC, ECP, and PMGM, plus SAP HCM/S4
  
  HANA.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Certifications:
  
  SAP Success Factors certifications in EC, ECP, and/or PMGM preferred.

Nice-to-Have

• SAP CPI integration knowledge.
• Multi-country payroll experience.
• SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) reporting skills.
