IT Support Engineer – Public Sector Client
Our client is a leading government agency in Abu Dhabi providing digital services and infrastructure to public institutions. They maintain high security and service continuity standards.
Your RoleAs an IT Support Engineer, you will provide first- and second-line technical support, manage tickets, and assist with system administration tasks for public sector users.
Your Responsibilities- Resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Support end users via phone, email, and in person
- Manage Active Directory accounts and access rights
- Document issues and elevate complex problems
- Assist with Windows updates and endpoint security
- Degree or diploma in IT, Networking, or related field
- 2+ years of technical support experience
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, AD
- Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., Service Now)
- Fluent in English;
Arabic is a plus
- Freelance engagement with structured on-site access
- Exposure to secure enterprise environments
- Clear onboarding and client documentation via Netcraft
