The Recruitment Manager - Blue-Collar supports large‑scale construction operations by managing end‑to‑end recruitment, mobilization, and workforce administration for blue‑collar categories. The role requires strong field presence, the ability to supervise large worker groups, and hands‑on experience with high‑volume manpower processes in major construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full recruitment cycle for blue‑collar roles such as carpenters, steel fixers, and general laborers.
  • Lead bulk mobilization activities, including visa processing, overseas recruitment coordination, onboarding, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain accurate workforce records and ensure compliance with company and government requirements.
  • Oversee and support a workforce of 400+ employees across multiple project sites.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor worker performance, attendance, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Prepare detailed reports on manpower status, performance issues, and site observations.
  • Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, and external recruitment partners to ensure timely manpower availability.
  • Handle worker grievances, disciplinary matters, and welfare‑related concerns.
  • Support HR administration tasks such as contract preparation, renewals, payroll coordination, and documentation.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in the construction sector, specifically with blue‑collar manpower.
  • Strong background in managing large work forces and high‑volume recruitment.
  • Experience with mega projects and fast‑paced site environments.
  • Solid understanding of labor laws, visa processes, and mobilization procedures.
  • Ability to work on site as needed and handle operational challenges independently.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and reporting skills.
