Responsibilities- Provide end‑to‑end support for HR system users by analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical and functional issues.
- Develop, enhance, and maintain system components, including workflows and extensions, to support business processes.
- Collaborate with business users to identify requirements, propose solutions, and ensure efficient system functionality.
- Support HR modules such as Core HR, Learning, Time & Labour, Payroll, and Employee Self‑Service.
- Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and testing activities to ensure smooth operations.
- Deliver on‑site support, ensuring timely issue resolution and alignment with stakeholder expectations.
- 5–8 years of experience in techno‑functional roles supporting enterprise HR systems.
- Strong technical expertise, particularly in workflow frameworks and application extensions.
- Functional knowledge of key HR modules, including Core HR, Learning, Time & Labour, Payroll, and Self‑Service.
- Proven ability to analyze complex issues, propose solutions, and implement system improvements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills for supporting end users.
- Ability to work independently on‑site, handling both technical tasks and functional queries.
