Job Description- Utilize and maintain various internal systems, including ATS (Applicant Tracking System), SharePoint, and Oracle Fusion.
- Take full ownership of administrative responsibilities to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
- Work in a highly structured and organized manner to meet tight deadlines and start dates.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and new joiners to provide updates and gather necessary documentation.
- Ensure all onboarding activities comply with company policies and UAE labor regulations.
- Coordinate with different departments to facilitate a first-class integration experience for all candidates.
