Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of payroll experience in the UAE
- Mandatory experience handling payroll for recruitment/manpower companies
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, WPS, and payroll compliance
- Experience managing client-based payroll, including multiple contracts and headcounts
- Proficient in payroll systems and MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet strict payroll deadlines
