The Main Event:
What You’ll Drive, Build, and Own HR Operations Support
  • Assist with the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for employees.
  • Support the visa and labor card processing for new hires and current employees.
  • Help manage payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Respond to HR-related inquiries from employees, providing timely assistance.
Compliance and Record Keeping
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Maintain up-to-date HR databases and employee records.
The Perfect Match:
What It Takes to Succeed at Huspy
  • 2-3 years of experience in HR operations
  • Knowledge of UAE local labor laws is a must requirement
  • Experience with visa processing, benefits administration, and compliance
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Tech‑savvy with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies that improve HR efficiency
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
