Job Summary

The Site Admin Offshore Project will be responsible for managing all administrative and HR-related tasks for our offshore project located on an island in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all administrative tasks for the offshore project, including maintaining records, managing correspondence, and coordinating with various departments and stakeholders.
  • Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files, including contracts, visas, and other relevant documents.
  • Coordinate with the HR department to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, employee benefits, and other HR-related tasks.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all HR-related inquiries and provide support and guidance to employees as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to HR and administration.
  • Monitor and track employee attendance, leave, and other HR-related data, and provide regular reports to management.
  • Assist with performance management processes, including conducting performance evaluations and managing disciplinary actions.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to provide necessary services for the offshore project, such as transportation, catering, and accommodation.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following and enforcing safety protocols and procedures.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • At least 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a construction or offshore project setting.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in managing administrative tasks and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Fluency in English is required, Arabic is a plus.
