A leading coffee brand in the region is seeking a freelance executive recruiter to manage confidential searches for key leadership roles at its Abu Dhabi HQ. The role involves defining candidate profiles, sourcing, screening candidates, and advising on offers. Ideal candidates will have over 5 years of executive search experience in the GCC, preferably within F&B or hospitality, along with a strong network in the UAE.

Compensation is competitive with a retainer plus success fee structure.
