Recruiter job in Abu Dhabi, UAE

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates for various positions within the company.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment and selection.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, applicant tracking systems, and other recruitment software.
• Ability to build relationships with potential candidates.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
• Fluency in English; bilingualism is a plus.

• Generate candidates via job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
• Create and post job advertisements on appropriate platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct interviews to assess skills and fit.
• Track recruitment activities using an applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Assist new hires during onboarding to ensure smooth integration.
