Human Resources Specialist support HR Manager andplays a key role in managing core HR operations, including compensation andgeneralist HR activities.
This position acts as the main point of contact forboth employees and management on HR-related matters, with a strong emphasis on compensation processes, employee relations, and policy implementation. Therole involves providing HR support to remote project sites.
Duties and responsibilities
- Support the HR Manager in overseeing day today HR operations to ensure seamless workflow and ensure seamless workflow and employee support.
- Administer compensation related activities.
- Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation complies with legal and internal standards.
- Implement and manageonboarding systems and offboarding processes.
- Contribute to recruitment and selection coordination in line with workforce planning needs.
- Provide full lifecycle HRsupport including performance management, rewards, people development,and employee wellbeing.
- Assist with employee relations issues, including grievance handling, disciplinary actions,redundancies, and sick leave cases.
- Oversee visa processing andensure compliance with UAE labor and immigration regulations.
- Manage logistics for employee mobilization, including transportation and accommodation arrangements.
Person Specification
Knowledge & Qualifications
- A university degree in HR discipline or related field.
- Strong understanding of compensation and benefits practices,including payroll processing and reward systems.
- In depth knowledge of UAE Labour Law.
- Proficiency in generalist
HR functions including employee lifecycle management,onboarding/offboarding and HR compliance. - CIPD certification(preferred) or equivalent HR qualification.
Experience
- Proven HR generalist experience with demonstrated knowledge in compensation and benefits administration, payroll coordination and employee relations.
- Minimum of 10 years’experience in the Human Resources field, including hands-on involvement inthe full employee lifecycle.
- Prior experience in international and matrixed organizational environments is essential,with the ability to adapt HR practices across multiple geographies.
