Position: Front Desk Agent - Arabic Speaker 11M26

Overview

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Agent who is fluent in Arabic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay is both enjoyable and comfortable. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests, and it’s essential to display a professional and friendly demeanor.

Your primary responsibilities include managing reservations, handling guest inquiries, and ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes. A successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
  • Greet guests warmly and professionally upon their arrival at the front desk.
  • Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance their experience.
  • Maintain an organized and clean front desk area, creating a welcoming environment.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest requests are fulfilled.
  • Process reservations accurately and communicate any changes to relevant departments.
  • Provide guests with information about the hotel, its facilities, and local attractions.
  • Utilize hotel software systems to manage room assignments and guest billing efficiently.
  • Handle guest complaints with empathy and professionalism, offering effective solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, procedures, and standards of conduct.
  • Maintain security of financial information and guest confidentiality at all times.
  • Collaborate with team members to promote a positive work environment and improve services.
Requirements
  • Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in hospitality, is required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly.
  • Proficient in using hotel management software and MS Office applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage daily operations efficiently.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
