Join our Housekeeping team as a Room Attendant and be part of the luxury experience that makes Inter Continental Abu Dhabi one of the city's most trusted and elegant hotels. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for the cleanliness and upkeep of guest rooms and public areas.

You’ll ensure each room meets our brand’s standards for cleanliness, presentation, and guest comfort—making every guest feel right at home.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

• Clean and reset guest rooms and suites according to hotel and IHG standards.
• Make beds, change linens, dust, vacuum, and restock amenities.
• Report any maintenance issues or lost & found items promptly.
• Maintain housekeeping trolleys, linen closets, and supply areas in a clean and organized condition.
• Ensure all guest interactions are polite, professional, and service-oriented.
• Follow all health, hygiene, and safety standards, including HACCP compliance.
• Support colleagues and work as a team to meet daily room targets.

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in a hotel environment is preferred, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Physically fit to perform repetitive tasks, bending, lifting, and standing for long hours.
• Friendly, honest, and respectful attitude with a team spirit.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
