Job Summary
Salayel Hospitality is seeking a proactive and highly organised Executive Assistant to support the Director of Hospitality in delivering key operational and strategic priorities across the company’s hospitality portfolio. The role will play a central part in coordinating cross‑functional initiatives, supporting operational performance, and ensuring effective communication between leadership and hospitality teams. The Executive Assistant will act as a strategic partner to the Director of Hospitality, helping to streamline decision‑making, monitor business performance, and drive the execution of high‑impact initiatives across restaurants and hospitality concepts.
Key Responsibilities Strategic & Operational Support- Support the Director of Hospitality in executing operational strategies and business priorities across the hospitality portfolio.
- Assist in the development and monitoring of strategic plans, departmental objectives, and operational goals.
- Provide analysis and insights to support leadership decision‑making.
- Coordinate and manage cross‑functional projects across hospitality operations.
- Lead special initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency, service standards, and guest experience.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines to ensure successful implementation.
- Monitor key operational KPIs and support performance tracking across venues.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for leadership meetings.
- Analyse operational and financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Facilitate communication between hospitality leadership, operations teams, and support departments such as finance, marketing, and HR.
- Ensure alignment across teams on key initiatives and organisational priorities.
- Support the implementation of new processes, policies, and operational improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4–8 years’ experience in hospitality operations, strategy, consulting, or project management.
- Experience with in restaurants, hotels, hospitality groups, or lifestyle brands is preferred.
- Strong organisational, analytical, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
