Position: Executive Assistant - (Female)

Job Summary

Salayel Hospitality is seeking a proactive and highly organised Executive Assistant to support the Director of Hospitality in delivering key operational and strategic priorities across the company’s hospitality portfolio. The role will play a central part in coordinating cross‑functional initiatives, supporting operational performance, and ensuring effective communication between leadership and hospitality teams. The Executive Assistant will act as a strategic partner to the Director of Hospitality, helping to streamline decision‑making, monitor business performance, and drive the execution of high‑impact initiatives across restaurants and hospitality concepts.

Key Responsibilities Strategic & Operational Support
  • Support the Director of Hospitality in executing operational strategies and business priorities across the hospitality portfolio.
  • Assist in the development and monitoring of strategic plans, departmental objectives, and operational goals.
  • Provide analysis and insights to support leadership decision‑making.
Project & Initiative Management
  • Coordinate and manage cross‑functional projects across hospitality operations.
  • Lead special initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency, service standards, and guest experience.
  • Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines to ensure successful implementation.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
  • Monitor key operational KPIs and support performance tracking across venues.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for leadership meetings.
  • Analyse operational and financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Cross‑Department Coordination
  • Facilitate communication between hospitality leadership, operations teams, and support departments such as finance, marketing, and HR.
  • Ensure alignment across teams on key initiatives and organisational priorities.
  • Support the implementation of new processes, policies, and operational improvements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4–8 years’ experience in hospitality operations, strategy, consulting, or project management.
  • Experience with in restaurants, hotels, hospitality groups, or lifestyle brands is preferred.
  • Strong organisational, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
