Job Overview

IIQAF Group is seeking a professional and customer-focused Guest Relations Officer in Abu Dhabi to enhance guest satisfaction and deliver exceptional hospitality service. The ideal candidate will have experience in guest services, front office operations, complaint handling, customer relationship management, and hospitality coordination
.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist guests professionally upon arrival and during their stay
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently
  • Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and service quality
  • Coordinate with front desk, housekeeping, and operations teams
  • Maintain accurate guest records and feedback logs
  • Support check-in and check-out processes when required

    Promote hotel/hospital services and amenities
  • Resolve issues promptly to maintain positive guest experience
  • Ensure compliance with hospitality service standards in UAE
Requirements
  • Proven experience as Guest Relations Officer, Guest Services Executive, or Front Office Agent
  • Experience in hotel or hospitality environment preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Proficiency in hospitality management systems preferred
  • Immediate availability preferred
